SnapCost is an expense management application for freelancers and self-employed professionals. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

01. Service description

SnapCost is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that lets freelancers and self-employed professionals:

The service is accessible via web browser on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and can be installed as a native app.

02. Account creation

To use SnapCost, you must create an account. You agree to:

An account can be associated with only one natural or legal person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass free-plan limits is prohibited.

SnapCost offers three access plans:

Free-plan limits apply per calendar month and reset automatically on the 1st of each month. Going beyond the limits requires upgrading to the Pro plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). By subscribing to a Pro plan, you accept that:

SnapCost is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

In no event shall SnapCost be held liable for indirect financial losses related to use of, or inability to use, the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the past 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. In case of substantial change, we will notify you by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

As a European consumer, you also benefit from the protective provisions of your country of residence.
