Go to Settings → Subscription, then click "Manage subscription". You will be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is granted, except within 14 days of initial signup.
Yes! SnapCost is a PWA (Progressive Web App) with full offline mode. You can scan receipts, log expenses and view your data without a connection. Everything syncs automatically as soon as you're back online. The Free plan stores data locally; the Pro plan includes secure cloud sync.
In the Reports section, click "Export PDF" to generate a full report of your expenses. For your invoices, go to Invoices → Export. If you want a full export of all your personal data (JSON format), send a request to [email protected] — we'll send it to you within 5 business days.
SnapCost uses AI-powered optical character recognition (OCR) to automatically read the vendor, amount, date and category on your receipts. It works even on crumpled receipts, in poor lighting or in foreign languages. We recommend clear, well-lit photos for the best results. You can always manually correct the detected data.
Pro subscribers can access the Affiliate dashboard from the "Earn" menu. Copy your unique link and share it. You earn a 10% commission on every subscription generated via your link, for as long as the subscriber stays active. The tracking cookie is valid for 30 days. Commissions are paid out automatically each month.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive anything, check your spam folder or contact support. If you use Google sign-in, you don't have a SnapCost password — sign in directly with Google.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This action is irreversible. All your data (receipts, invoices, reports) is deleted within 30 days. Legally required invoicing data is kept for 10 years. If you have an active Pro subscription, it is terminated immediately.
Yes. SnapCost is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted, and never sold. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability at any time by contacting [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for all the details.
